Positioning Systems Research (PSR) has been the primary contact for design, programming, and maintenance of the Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (ATFP) Project Management System since the fall of 2007 shortly after the system first went live. Utilizing BMC Software Inc. Remedy Action Request System (Remedy), PSR has provided value and expertise in the design and development of all current ATFP forms, modules, and processes including Asset, Help Desk, and Change. ATFP Remedy is a project based management system comprised of project lifecycle, costs, schedules, assets, break-fix tickets, and project deviation requests.
